The cast-cast corundum brick refers to a corundum refractory product made of a corundum-based crystal phase by a fusion casting method. It includes corundum products composed of α-Al2O3, β-Al2O3 and α, β-Al2O33 different crystal phases. Among them, β-Al2O3 fused cast brick, namely Na2O·(11-12)Al2O3, contains about 5% of Na2O. The cast brick consists of α-Al2O3 and β-Al2O32 crystal phase.
The brick has good high temperature volume stability and erosion resistance. Sunrise refractory cast-concrete corundum bricks have dense structure and have certain resistance to glass melt erosion and erosion resistance. The β-Al2O3 fused cast brick contains almost no glass phase, basically has no shrinkage holes, is good in thermal shock resistance, and has high stability against alkali vapor.

The composition of the cast-stellar corundum brick of Sunrise refractory material contains only a small amount of glass phase, which does not ooze and contaminate the glass melt during use. It is the wall of the glass melting furnace cooling section, the kiln bottom and the floating glass melting furnace chute.
