Production of Fused Zirconium Corundum Brick Mold

 

The main component of the sand type is made of silica sand added to the binder water glass. The requirement for silica sand is that the content of SiO2 is more than 98%. If the content of SiO2 is low and impurities are high, the heat resistance of the sand type will be affected, and the quality of the fused zirconia corundum brick produced will be seriously affected. The specific gravity of the water glass is 1.34g/cm3. After mixing with the silica sand in a certain proportion, the mixture is evenly mixed with the mold according to the model requirements. The sand type is started, and then the kiln car is pushed into the drying kiln for drying.

In order to prevent deformation of the sand plate due to deformation of the pallet, the sand type is required to have sufficient strength. Mold sticking sand will cause the change of sand size, which directly affects the appearance size of fused zirconium corundum brick products, so it should pay attention to the cleaning process of the mold.
